Men's Lacrosse Golf Outing CORPORATE/FOUNDATION Sponsorship Form

We look forward to welcoming alumni, family, and friends to our golf outing event on October 10, 2026, with registration starting at 12 PM and a 1 PM shotgun start at Maple Run Golf Course. Join us for a day full of golfing, food, drinks, and more to honor Mount Lacrosse!

This form is for CORPORATE golf sponsorships only. (If you are making multiple sponsorship purchases, you will need to submit separate forms for each sponsorship purchased.)
